College Mall

Living here is so convenient. The location is near CVS pharmacy stores and Goodwill, and is not far from Kroger and Marsh groceries. In addition, there is an Elementary School–Binford and several churches near our apartments. Therefore, College Mall Apartments is an ideal place to move in.

Literally wish I would’ve found this place my first year off of campus. TOTALLY affordable, close to a bus line, right next to the mall, allows pets with NO BREED RESTRICTIONS, AND a spacious living area.

I am a retired Air Force guy, 62 years old this summer. I have had good luck here at College Mall. I like the heavy stone buildings, the strong double high security windows and being located right across from the College Mall. The staff at the office have done a lot of work to make my paperwork easy as I moved between different apartments and overall have been very nice to deal with, professional, and efficient.

Staying at the College Mall Apartments has been a great experience. It is very conveniently located, and the prices are more than generous considering its convenient location. You are basically walking distance away from food markets, restaurants, the C bus route for college students, and the College Mall…hence the name of the apartment complex.

These apartments are close to everything! I lived here for 5 years while teaching at IU. I didn’t own a car while living in Bloomington, so this community was perfect for me. One of the best grocery stores in Bloomington is right next door, there are several bus lines next door, Borders Books and Coffee, etc are all right next door!. It’s perfect.
