The Boulders

I have lived here for one year and recently renewed my lease for another year. Very nice spacious apartments. The leasing staff has always been friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to respond. Great apartment, great location!

We have lived here for over two years and have never had a problem. Our neighbors are quiet and it isn’t a rowdy community. We have always had maintenance fix our problems either the same day we make the request or the next day. The staff has always been very nice to us. We mainly interact with Heidi and she is very nice and timely with email responses.

I’ve only had to call maintenance a couple of times, but they’ve come to fix my problems in a day or two. Everything works great, the people who work there are nice, and I can go to the boulders pool or the one down the street at college mall apartments whenever I want! They constantly clean the property grounds and keep me updated with anything they’re doing around the area.

I thought the Boulders was a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful, the community is quiet, all maintenance issues I had (and there weren’t many) were handled quickly, and the office staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. After I moved out, I even got most of my deposit back. I would recommend this community to anyone wanting a nice, clean, friendly community.
